This full-day session provides a comprehensive look at the legal foundation of the ACH Network, helping you understand the key regulations that govern ACH processing and protect both consumers and businesses. You’ll explore the consumer protections outlined in Regulation E, the business protections established by UCC 4A, and the funds availability requirements defined in Regulation CC. The session will also review additional rules and regulations that apply to the ACH Network to help ensure your institution’s compliance and operational readiness.
