We will cover:
- Obligations of error resolution under Regulation E
- The path of a card dispute within network rules
- Differences between altered and counterfeit items
- Proper steps for handling fraudulent checks and the breach of warranty claims process
This session is ideal for Card/EFT staff, Audit and Compliance staff, Frontline staff, and AAP/APRP/NCP candidates.
